Our Approach to Energy Conservation
Our first priority is to provide unbiased energy conservation consulting and the implementation of conservation programs appropriate for the client's needs based upon an affordable energy audit and analysis. The services include basic, no-cost/low-cost energy conservation improvements, which may be implemented by the clients, or other larger scale improvements that may require outsourcing in order to effectively upgrade controls or systems.
Our process often begins with a utility audit, benchmarking analysis and the accurate measurement of energy use. This could involve a single power system, an “energy hog” building or an entire campus. After providing the unbiased energy audit and building performance analysis, GreenBridge Energy's consulting services may transition to the role of a general contractor or independent advisor. We are able to impartially bid out the specified work for larger, more expansive projects, and assist our clients in evaluating and selecting between quality and cost tradeoffs from among the provider sources.

Our Approach to Clean Energy
When an institution is ready to take the next step by implementing clean, renewable energy – solar, geothermal, fuel cells, wind, biomass, or other renewable systems – GreenBridge Energy bridges the gap between technology, procurement and the sourcing of capital.
We specialize in advising and developing a broad range of renewable energy systems. GreenBridge Energy's experience ranges from single solar thermal and geothermal systems to larger fuel cell and wind projects with outputs in the range of 1.2 to 5 MW.
For renewable facilities where tax benefits and incentives are only available when held by taxable owners, GreenBridge Energy can offer our tax-exempt clients savings through a power purchase agreement. By placing ownership with one of our taxable funding sources, clients can benefit from such incentives in the form of reduced power and heating costs through a long-term, fixed priced power sales contract. These contracts can typically allow clients to have long-term control of the facilities through certain purchase options once the tax incentives have been fully realized by the passive investor.
GreenBridge Energy offers a program style approach that allows us to pass on greater savings for facilities that may be too small for the typical developer of renewable systems.
